Meet Our Team

At Nigel Denby Associates, our team are driven to empower women to take control of their own health and wellbeing during their menopause transition. This is why we offer realistic and practical evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice that can be added into your current lifestyle without overhauling your lifestyle altogether. Our team understand that every woman is different, which is why they work with you to create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.
